Force Lamps — Refund & Return Policy


⚠ Pre-Order Policy — Please Read Before Purchasing

All Force Lamps are handcrafted to order. When you place an order, your lamp does not yet exist — it is built from scratch specifically for you. Current pre-order wait times are up to 2 months from the date of purchase.

All sales are final during the pre-order phase. We do not accept cancellations, change of mind refunds, or order modifications once your order has been placed and production has begun.

By completing your purchase you confirm that you have read and accepted these pre-order terms in full. If you are not comfortable waiting up to 2 months, please do not place an order.


30-Day Return Window (Post-Delivery)

Once your lamp has been delivered, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You have a valid and documented reason for return
  • The item is in its original condition and original packaging
  • You have your receipt or proof of purchase

Change of mind returns are accepted only within this 30-day window and are subject to approval. We reserve the right to decline change of mind returns that do not meet our conditions.

Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

To start a return, contact us at forcelampsteam@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos where relevant.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Return shipping costs may apply for change of mind returns.


60-Day Extended Warranty (Optional Add-On)

If you purchased the 60-Day Extended Warranty at checkout, your warranty covers the following:

  • The lamp stops functioning or breaks within 60 days of delivery through no fault of your own
  • Manufacturing defects that become apparent after the standard 30-day return window

The 60-Day Extended Warranty does not cover:

  • Change of mind after the 30-day return window has closed
  • Physical damage caused by the customer
  • Water damage or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear

Warranty claims must be submitted to forcelampsteam@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the fault.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at forcelampsteam@gmail.com straight away so we can assess the issue and make it right. Claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Items returned without prior approval

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without justification, in accordance with EU consumer law. Your item must be returned in the same condition received, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Please contact our team at forcelampsteam@gmail.com to exercise this right.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
